We're sorry to see you go! Canceling takes effect immediately — you won't be charged again (if you're on a paid subscription), and your account will be inaccessible.

For security's sake, the data from your canceled account will be permanently deleted after 30 days. If you need to get back into your account before then for any reason, send us email. We can help!

Before canceling, you'll have the option to export your account's data so you can have an archive of your Fizzy data.

To export, head over to your Account settings and click the Begin export... button.

After that export is downloaded to your device, click the Delete account button to cancel your account.

That's it!
